Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, being $8,387.50 AUD, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal engagement contract. The remaining balance of $8,387.50 AUD shall be invoiced and payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Actor's final working day in Australia Melbourne. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the agency's nominated account. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per Australian commercial practice.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Actor may be subject to revision.
- The Actor's engagement is subject to a written contract being executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work in Australia Melbourne.

- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and resolved through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) if necessary.
- The agency reserves the right to substitute the Actor with a performer of equivalent or superior calibre should the originally contracted Actor become unavailable due to illness or force majeure, provided the client is notified within 48 hours.
