1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Harbour City Talent Agency Pty Ltd to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a professional Actor for a production, commercial, or corporate event to be staged in Australia Sydney. This document serves as a formal pricing proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until signed and accepted by both parties. All rates quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current Australian rate of 10%, unless otherwise stated.
2. Scope of Actor Services in Australia SydneyThe following Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of a professional Actor based in or available for work in Australia Sydney. The Actor will be required to perform in a feature-length television pilot consisting of approximately 45 minutes of screen time, with a total of six (6) shooting days scheduled across the Sydney metropolitan area. The production is expected to take place at a studio facility in Eastern Suburbs, Sydney, as well as on-location shoots in the CBD and Bondi Beach precincts.
The Actor engagement includes rehearsal periods, principal photography, pick-up shots, and a minimum of two (2) days of post-production voice-over work. The Actor will be required to attend a full wardrobe fitting, makeup consultation, and a table read prior to the commencement of principal photography. All travel within the Greater Sydney area is included in this Quotation Estimate.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for the Actor engagement may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Australia Sydney.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance due within fourteen (14) business days following the completion of all Actor services.
- All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via bank transfer to the account details provided by Harbour City Talent Agency Pty Ltd.
- The Actor is engaged as an independent contractor under the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. The production company is responsible for all on-set safety compliance in accordance with Australian workplace health and safety legislation.
- Any additional days, overtime beyond ten (10) hours per shooting day, or scope changes beyond the original brief will be billed at 1.5x the standard Actor day rate and require prior written approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include usage rights, licensing fees, or residuals. Any broadcast, streaming, or international distribution rights must be negotiated separately and will be subject to an additional fee schedule.
- The Actor reserves the right to withdraw from this engagement with forty-eight (48) hours written notice in the event of a material change to the production schedule or location within Australia Sydney.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney.
- This Quotation Estimate is confidential and may not be reproduced or distributed to third parties without the prior written consent of Harbour City Talent Agency Pty Ltd.
