3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision by Dhaka Talent & Performance Agency Ltd.
- The Actor engagement is contingent upon the execution of a formal contract between the production company and the agency. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties sign the definitive agreement.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of all shooting days in Bangladesh Dhaka, and 25% upon successful delivery of voice-over sessions and promotional appearances.
- The Actor shall be available for a minimum of ten (10) hours per shooting day in Bangladesh Dhaka. Any overtime beyond this limit shall be billed at 1.5 times the daily rate as specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- All travel, accommodation, and per diem expenses for the Actor during the Chittagong shoot portion are included in this Quotation Estimate. No additional charges shall apply for intra-Bangladesh travel.
- The Actor grants the production company full usage rights for all recorded performances for theatrical, digital streaming, and broadcast distribution within Bangladesh and internationally for a period of ten (10) years.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location, or scope of the Actor's role in Bangladesh Dhaka must be communicated in writing at least seven (7) days in advance. Material changes may necessitate a revised Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- The Actor is responsible for maintaining professional conduct on set. The production company reserves the right to terminate the engagement with 48 hours' written notice in cases of gross misconduct, with pro-rata settlement of fees already earned.
