This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Estrela do Cerrado Talent Management Ltda. to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial projection for the engagement of a professional Actor for the feature film production "Caminhos do Planalto." All services described herein are to be performed exclusively within the administrative boundaries of Brazil Brasília, the Federal District, and encompass all associated logistical, contractual, and artistic obligations required for the successful execution of the project. This document serves as a binding financial reference for both parties and shall remain valid for the period specified above.
The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the principal role of "João Ferreira," a mid-career government official set against the iconic modernist architecture of Brazil Brasília. The performance scope includes, but is not limited to: on-set acting for a minimum of 22 shooting days, two (2) days of pre-production table reads and rehearsals, one (1) day of costume fitting and character workshop, and participation in up to three (3) promotional interviews conducted in Brasília. The Actor shall be available for a standard 12-hour workday with a mandatory one-hour meal break, in compliance with the Brazilian Federal Labor Law (CLT) and the specific provisions of the District of Brasília's entertainment industry regulations.

4.1 Payment Schedule: The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed in three (3) installments: 40% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first 12 shooting days in Brasília, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all Actor services. Payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account designated by Estrela do Cerrado Talent Management Ltda.
4.2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client prior to the commencement of shooting in Brazil Brasília shall incur a fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation during the shooting period shall result in a fee of 50% of the remaining contracted value.
4.3 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting the Brasília region, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies declared by the Federal District authorities.
4.4 Intellectual Property: All performance rights, likeness rights, and image usage rights of the Actor shall be governed by a separate riders document appended to the master contract. The client retains the right to use the Actor's performance in all promotional materials related to the production within Brazil and internationally for a period of ten (10) years.
4.5 Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brasília, Distrito Federal, for the resolution of any disputes arising from the engagement of the Actor.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon terms for the engagement of the Actor for the production in Brazil Brasília, and that all financial projections, service descriptions, and conditions have been reviewed and accepted in full.
