- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Actor engagement in Brazil Rio de Janeiro may be subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% upon completion of all scheduled Actor workdays in Brazil Rio de Janeiro. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account details provided in the formal invoice.
- All Actor services will be performed in accordance with the production schedule agreed upon in writing. Any changes to the schedule in Brazil Rio de Janeiro must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
- Overtime beyond the standard 8-hour working day for the Actor will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary filming permits, location clearances, and municipal authorizations required by the city of Rio de Janeiro and the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common to Brazil Rio de Janeiro, public health emergencies, or government-mandated shutdowns, may result in rescheduling without penalty to either party.
- All intellectual property rights in the final production material shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. The Actor retains the right to use the material for personal portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement will be executed upon the client's written acceptance of this document.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil Rio de Janeiro, in accordance with Brazilian law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the specified Actor services in Brazil Rio de Janeiro. The undersigned authorizes Estrela Productions & Talent Agency to proceed with the booking and coordination of all services outlined herein.
