- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for the Actor engagement and associated services in Chile Santiago is subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.
- The Actor named or to be named under this quotation shall be subject to a formal casting approval process by the client's creative team. In the event the client requests a substitution of the Actor, a revised Quotation Estimate shall be issued within five (5) business days.
- All services shall be performed within the jurisdiction of Chile Santiago and its metropolitan region. Any travel outside this geographic scope (e.g., locations in Valparaíso, Concepción, or the Atacama region) shall be quoted separately and is not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- Payment terms: 40% upon signing of the definitive contract, 40% upon completion of the principal photography phase in Chile Santiago, and 20% upon delivery of all post-production Actor sessions. All payments shall be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) via bank transfer to the account designated by Andes Talent Productions SpA.
- The Actor shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a standard Chilean entertainment industry contract governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, additional Actor call days, or modifications to the scope of work in Chile Santiago must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Additional days will be billed at the daily rate specified in Item 1 of this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A definitive service agreement must be executed by both parties before any Actor services commence. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (IVA) at the current Chilean rate of 19%, which shall be added to the final invoice upon execution of the definitive contract.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Actor services in Chile Santiago and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This acceptance does not obligate either party to execute a definitive contract but confirms the client's intent to proceed with the engagement under the parameters described.
