The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid according to the following schedule:

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Actor must be reconfirmed in writing.
4.2 The Actor's engagement is exclusive to the project described herein for the duration of the shooting schedule in China Beijing. No concurrent commercial or promotional commitments are permitted during this period.
4.3 Any changes to the filming schedule, location within China Beijing, or scope of the Actor's performance must be communicated in writing at least five (5) business days in advance. Additional costs arising from such changes will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
4.4 The Actor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Film Law of the PRC, labor regulations in China Beijing, and content review requirements of the National Radio and Television Administration.
4.5 Intellectual property rights in all filmed material, voice recordings, and promotional content produced under this engagement shall vest exclusively in the Client upon full payment of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate.
4.6 In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in China Beijing, or public health emergencies), either party may suspend obligations without penalty. The Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for an additional thirty (30) days following the resolution of such event.
4.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in China Beijing, in accordance with its then-current rules.
4.8 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive Service Agreement. It serves solely as a good-faith estimate of costs and terms for the Actor engagement in China Beijing.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Actor engagement in China Beijing. This acceptance does not obligate either party to enter into a definitive contract until the formal Service Agreement is executed.
