1. 2. Scope of Actor Services in China GuangzhouThe following Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of a professional Actor for a feature-length commercial production scheduled to take place across multiple locations in China Guangzhou, including but not limited to the Zhujiang New Town district, the Shamian Island heritage area, and the Canton Tower filming zone. The Actor will be required to perform principal and supporting roles spanning a total of twelve (12) shooting days over a four-week production window.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing for Actor services in China Guangzhou is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required within five (5) business days of acceptance to secure the Actor's availability and lock in the production schedule in Guangzhou.
- The remaining 70% balance shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of principal photography and 50% upon final delivery of all post-production Actor work.
- All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the designated account of Pearl River Talent Management Co., Ltd., Guangzhou, China. International wire transfers are accepted with applicable bank fees borne by the client.
- The Actor's performance obligations are limited to the scope described in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate. Any additional shooting days, reshoots, or extended post-production work in China Guangzhou will be billed at the daily rates specified herein and require a written change order signed by both parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated production halts, natural disasters affecting the Guangzhou region, or changes in Chinese entertainment industry regulations, may result in schedule adjustments. In such cases, this Quotation Estimate will be amended by mutual written agreement.
- The Actor agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including the Film and Television Production Management Regulations and local Guangzhou municipal filming permit requirements.
- Intellectual property rights in the final production output shall vest in the client. The Actor retains moral rights to their performance as protected under Chinese copyright law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A comprehensive Service Agreement, incorporating all terms herein, must be executed prior to the commencement of any Actor work in China Guangzhou.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
