The following Quotation Estimate covers the complete professional engagement of a lead Actor (male, age range 35–50, with proven experience in Colombian and international cinema) for the production of "Raíces del Sur." The Actor will be responsible for portraying the principal character throughout the entire shooting schedule, which spans approximately 42 working days across various locations in Colombia Bogotá, including but not limited to the historic La Candelaria district, the modern financial center of Zona G, and the rural outskirts of Soacha and Chía. The Actor will also participate in pre-production rehearsals, promotional interviews, and post-production voice-over sessions as required by the director.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: (a) 30% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Actor's individual contract; (b) 40% upon completion of the principal photography phase in Colombia Bogotá; and (c) the remaining 30% within fifteen (15) business days following the final delivery of all post-production work by the Actor. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Andes Talent Productions S.A.S. in a Colombian financial institution. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices, particularly those related to the Actor's daily fee and accommodation in Colombia Bogotá, are subject to revision.
• The Actor shall be available for a minimum of 12 hours per shooting day, with a maximum of 14 hours including breaks, in compliance with Colombian labor regulations (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, Decreto 2351 de 1965).
• Any additional shooting days beyond the 42 days specified in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the daily rate stated in Line Item 1, plus applicable taxes.
• All services will be rendered in Colombia Bogotá unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel to locations outside the Bogotá D.C. metropolitan area will be quoted separately.
• The Actor grants the production company full usage rights for the filmed material in perpetuity, in all media, subject to the moral rights provisions of Colombian intellectual property law (Ley 23 de 1982).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A definitive service agreement will be executed upon the client's written acceptance of this document.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Colombia Bogotá, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.
