This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Alexandria Talent & Production Services Co. to Medina Film Productions Ltd. in connection with the professional engagement of a lead Actor for the upcoming feature film production titled "Pharaoh's Shadow." All services, deliverables, and associated costs outlined herein are specifically tailored to the production requirements in Egypt Alexandria, taking into account local logistics, studio availability, travel arrangements, and the unique cultural and historical backdrop that Alexandria offers to cinematic storytelling.
The following Quotation Estimate covers the comprehensive engagement of a professionally trained and experienced Actor for the duration of the production schedule in Egypt Alexandria:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 20% upon final delivery of all post-production Actor work.
- All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account of Alexandria Talent & Production Services Co. at CIB, Alexandria Branch.
- The Actor shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a standard industry contract governing performance rights, image usage, and exclusivity during the production period in Egypt Alexandria.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location shifts within Egypt Alexandria, or additional days required for the Actor shall be subject to a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may incur additional charges.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, severe weather affecting coastal Alexandria locations, or public health emergencies, shall be handled per the standard force majeure clause in the master service agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received.
- All services are to be performed in compliance with the Egyptian Film Censorship Board regulations and local municipal permits required for filming in Egypt Alexandria.
