The Actor services outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompass full rehearsal periods, principal photography days, post-production voice-over sessions, and promotional appearances within Egypt Cairo. All rates quoted are inclusive of the Actor's professional fee, wardrobe coordination, and on-set support personnel as detailed in the sections below.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (EGP 558,055): Due within 5 business days of mutual acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Service Agreement. This advance secures the Actor cast and reserves all Egypt Cairo shooting locations.
• 40% Progress Payment (EGP 744,074): Due upon completion of the rehearsal period and commencement of principal photography in Egypt Cairo.
• 30% Final Payment (EGP 558,055): Due within 10 business days following the final wrap day and delivery of all post-production Actor sessions.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the agency's designated account at CIB (Commercial International Bank), Cairo Branch, Egypt. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Egypt Cairo entertainment industry.
• The Actor engagement is contingent upon the client's production receiving all necessary permits from the Egyptian Ministry of Culture and the Cairo Governorate's Film Commission.
• Any changes to the shooting schedule, additional Actor call days, or relocation of filming outside the Egypt Cairo metropolitan area (e.g., Alexandria, Luxor) will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within 48 hours of the change request.
• The Actor personnel shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a standard Egyptian entertainment industry contract. All intellectual property rights in the final production shall vest in the client.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Egypt Cairo, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the Master Service Agreement in writing.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, rates, and conditions set forth herein for the engagement of Actor services in Egypt Cairo.
