Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer to the account of Addis Talent Productions PLC at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch:
- 40% advance payment (ETB 1,170,800) due within seven (7) working days of the formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% mid-production payment (ETB 1,170,800) due upon completion of episode 12, subject to satisfactory delivery confirmed by the EBC Head of Drama Division.
- 20% final payment (ETB 585,400) due within fourteen (14) days of the final delivery of all post-production materials and completion of promotional obligations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- The Actor named under this Quotation Estimate shall be made available for a minimum of ten (10) hours per shooting day, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the daily rate.
- All intellectual property rights in the filmed performance shall vest in the Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation upon full and final payment.
- The Actor agrees to a non-compete clause for a period of six (6) months following the conclusion of this production, within the Ethiopian television and film industry.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location, or scope of work must be communicated in writing at least five (5) working days in advance. Material changes may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in accordance with the Ethiopian Civil Code and the Ministry of Culture and Sports regulations applicable in Addis Ababa.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Proclamation No. 1221/2020.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Actor engagement in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
