This Quotation Estimate is issued by Étoile Casting & Talent Agency to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial breakdown for the engagement of a professional Actor for a production to be filmed in France Paris. This document serves as a formal estimate of all costs associated with the Actor's availability, performance, travel, accommodation, and ancillary services required for the duration of the production. The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform principal or supporting roles as specified in the attached creative brief. The production is scheduled to take place over a period of twelve (12) working days within the city of France Paris, with principal photography locations including the Palais Royal gardens, the Opéra Garnier exterior, and a private studio facility located in the 8th arrondissement. The Actor shall be available for a minimum of ten (10) hours per working day, inclusive of call time, rehearsal, performance, and wrap. The Actor's engagement is exclusive to this production for the duration of the Quotation Estimate validity period, ensuring no conflicting bookings within the Paris metropolitan area.

In accordance with standard industry practice for Quotation Estimate agreements in France Paris, payment for the Actor's services shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment (EUR 19,312.20): Due upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal engagement contract. This secures the Actor's dates and initiates pre-production preparations in Paris.
- 40% Mid-Production Payment (EUR 25,749.60): Due on the seventh (7th) working day of principal photography in France Paris.
- 30% Final Payment (EUR 19,312.20): Due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the final wrap of the Actor's performance and delivery of all required documentation.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the Client wish to proceed beyond this validity window, the Actor's availability in France Paris must be reconfirmed in writing, and a revised Quotation Estimate may be issued to reflect any changes in market rates, location availability, or production scope. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes agreement to all terms, conditions, and pricing as stated herein.
- All services rendered by the Actor shall comply with French labour regulations and the applicable collective bargaining agreements (Convention Collective du Cinéma) governing the entertainment industry in France Paris.
- The Actor's performance rights, image rights, and intellectual property shall be governed by a separate riders document to be attached to the final contract.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location within France Paris, or scope of the Actor's role must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Material changes may necessitate a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, severe weather affecting Paris, or government-mandated closures, shall be addressed through mutual consultation and may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal engagement agreement in duplicate.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
Étoile Casting & Talent Agency remains at the Client's disposal for any clarifications regarding this Quotation Estimate. The Actor referenced in this document has been selected based on the creative brief provided and possesses extensive experience in both French and international productions. Should the Client require alternative Actor profiles, additional days in France Paris, or expanded scope of services, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be prepared at no additional cost within the validity period.
