2. SCOPE OF SERVICES – ACTOR ENGAGEMENT IN GERMANY BERLINThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Berlin Talent Productions GmbH in relation to the professional engagement of a Actor for a production project to be executed in Germany Berlin. The Actor shall be available for on-set performance, rehearsal sessions, and promotional appearances as specified in the attached production schedule. All services described herein are to be rendered within the metropolitan area of Germany Berlin, including but not limited to the districts of Mitte, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, and Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. The Actor shall comply with all applicable German labor regulations, including the German Working Hours Act (Arbeitszeitgesetz) and the German Social Security Code (Sozialgesetzbuch).

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Actor are subject to reconfirmation and potential revision.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced upon completion of the final shooting day in Germany Berlin.
4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than 30 days prior to the first scheduled day of the Actor's engagement shall incur a fee of 20% of the total quoted amount. Cancellation between 30 and 14 days prior shall incur 50%. Cancellation within 14 days shall result in full payment of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate.
4.4 Working Hours & Overtime: The Actor shall work a maximum of 10 hours per day as per German labor law. Any overtime beyond 10 hours shall be compensated at 1.5 times the daily rate. Rest periods of at least 11 consecutive hours between working days are mandatory under the regulations applicable in Germany Berlin.
4.5 Intellectual Property & Usage Rights: All footage, recordings, and promotional materials featuring the Actor shall be the exclusive property of the client. The Actor grants a worldwide, perpetual license for use in all media, including but not limited to theatrical release, streaming platforms, and television broadcast within Germany Berlin and internationally.
4.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health restrictions affecting the city of Germany Berlin.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
4.8 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the identity of the Actor, and all production details until such time as the client authorizes public disclosure.
5. ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURESBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Actor in Germany Berlin.
