This Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of a principal Actor for a three-day filming schedule in Germany Frankfurt. The selected Actor will perform the lead role of "Dr. Anna Weiss," a senior research scientist, in a 12-minute corporate film. The filming is scheduled to take place at the RheinMedia Studios located in the Frankfurt Westend district, with additional location shooting at the European Central Bank exterior and the Frankfurt Main River promenade. All travel, accommodation, and on-set support for the Actor will be coordinated through our agency in Germany Frankfurt.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Germany Frankfurt.
- Payment Terms: 50% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% is payable within 14 days of the final filming day in Germany Frankfurt. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice.
- Actor Availability: The principal Actor named in this Quotation Estimate is confirmed for the specified dates. Should the client require a date change, a rescheduling fee of 15% of the daily performance fee applies per day of shift.
- Working Hours: Standard working hours for the Actor in Germany Frankfurt are 10 hours per day, including a one-hour meal break. Overtime beyond 10 hours is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate (EUR 350/hour).
- Usage Rights: The usage rights granted under Item 06 are limited to corporate and promotional distribution within Germany and the European Union for a period of 24 months. Any extension or international distribution beyond the EU requires a separate written agreement and additional fees.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than 14 days before the first filming day incurs a fee of 25% of the total. Cancellation within 14 days incurs 50%. Cancellation within 48 hours incurs 100% of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting filming in Germany Frankfurt, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the identity of the Actor, and all production materials generated during filming in Germany Frankfurt.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Actor engagement in Germany Frankfurt. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between Stellar Performance Agency GmbH and RheinMedia Productions AG.
