The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the role of the lead character, "Kwame Asante," in the feature film. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: script preparation and rehearsal sessions, on-set performance during principal photography in Ghana Accra, voice-over recording sessions, promotional interviews, and participation in at least two (2) public premiere events in Ghana Accra. The Actor shall be available for a minimum of ten (10) hours per working day, with overtime compensated at the rates specified below.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments as follows:

• First Installment (40%): GHS 146,671.00 – Due upon signing of the engagement contract and prior to the commencement of pre-production rehearsals.
• Second Installment (35%): GHS 128,337.13 – Due upon completion of principal photography (end of Day 22).
• Third Installment (25%): GHS 91,669.37 – Due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the final promotional event in Ghana Accra.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Golden Stage Talent Management Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Main Branch. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ghana Accra.
• The Actor shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all production materials, scripts, and confidential information pertaining to the film.
• Any changes to the shooting schedule, location within Ghana Accra, or scope of the Actor's role must be communicated in writing at least five (5) working days in advance. Additional costs arising from such changes will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
• The Actor reserves the right to decline any scene that involves hazardous stunts without adequate safety provisions. In such cases, a stunt double may be arranged at an additional cost to be agreed upon.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-imposed restrictions in Ghana Accra, natural disasters, or public health emergencies, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1998 (Act 562) of Ghana.
• The Actor shall not be engaged for any other production or commercial project during the term of this agreement without prior written consent from the client.
