1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by CineStar Talent Management Pvt. Ltd. to Vistara Productions LLP for the engagement of a professional Actor for a feature film production scheduled to take place in India Bangalore and its surrounding metropolitan areas. This document outlines the complete scope of services, fee structure, applicable taxes, and contractual terms governing the Actor's participation in the project. All rates quoted herein are specific to the India Bangalore market and reflect current industry standards for talent acquisition in the region.

2. Scope of Services — Actor Engagement

The Actor to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties in India Bangalore:

On-camera performance for a minimum of 18 shooting days across principal photography locations in Bangalore, including but not limited to Koramangala, Whitefield, and the Nandi Hills heritage sites.
Participation in two (2) full-day rehearsal sessions prior to the commencement of principal photography, to be conducted at the production's designated studio facility in Electronic City, Bangalore.
Attendance at a minimum of three (3) script reading and table-work sessions with the director and key creative team members.
Cooperation with the production's publicity and marketing team for up to four (4) hours of promotional interviews, photo shoots, and social media content creation in India Bangalore.
Availability for a post-production voice-over recording session (one day) should the director require additional dialogue capture.

4. Payment Terms

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed to CineStar Talent Management Pvt. Ltd. as follows:

Advance (40%): ₹ 15,22,766 payable within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the Actor's confirmed booking.
Mid-Production Payment (35%): ₹ 13,32,421 payable upon completion of the tenth (10th) shooting day in India Bangalore.
Final Settlement (25%): ₹ 9,51,729 payable within fourteen (14) days of the Actor's final delivery date, including all promotional and voice-over obligations.

All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the company's designated bank account. A valid GST invoice shall be issued against each payment tranche in compliance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, as applicable in India Bangalore.

5. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates for the Actor may be revised to reflect prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
The Actor shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all script content, production details, and creative material shared during the engagement period.
Any extension of shooting days beyond the 18 days stipulated in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at 150% of the daily rate, subject to the Actor's prior written consent.
The production company shall bear all costs related to set construction, special effects, and location permits within India Bangalore. The Actor's fee does not encompass any production overheads.
In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government-mandated lockdown, or public health emergency) affecting operations in India Bangalore, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to reschedule affected shooting days without penalty.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be India Bangalore.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received in full.

6. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and fee structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Actor in India Bangalore.
