All services shall be rendered primarily in India Mumbai and its surrounding metropolitan areas, with the understanding that the Actor may be required to travel to secondary locations within Maharashtra for a maximum of five (5) additional shooting days.

The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the lead role of "Arjun Deshmukh," a 35-year-old architect navigating personal and professional conflicts. The role demands approximately 180 minutes of screen time across 42 shooting days. The Actor is expected to participate in script readings, character workshops, and promotional interviews as part of the overall engagement.

Amount in words: One Crore Ninety-Two Lakh Twenty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Rupees Only.

• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal Actor Service Agreement.
• 40% milestone payment upon completion of the 25th shooting day.
• 30% final balance payment within 15 days of the last scheduled shooting day or promotional event, whichever is later.
• All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Stellar Performers Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., India Mumbai. No cash transactions shall be entertained.
• Applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) under Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be deducted at source by the client as per prevailing Indian tax regulations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in the India Mumbai entertainment industry.
• The Actor shall be bound by a non-compete clause for a period of six (6) months post-completion of the project, restricting engagement in similar lead roles for competing productions within India Mumbai and its metropolitan region.
• Any additional shooting days beyond the 42 days specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be charged at the daily rate of ₹ 2,50,000 plus applicable GST, subject to prior written approval.
• The Actor shall maintain professional conduct on and off set. Any breach of the code of conduct may result in termination of the engagement with a penalty clause of 20% of the total contract value.
• All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the Actor's likeness, voice, and performance, shall vest exclusively with the production house for the term of the film's distribution and promotional use.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Mumbai.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Actor Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
