Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Actor may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Tehran entertainment industry.
Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract execution, 35% upon completion of principal photography, and 25% upon delivery of all promotional and post-production deliverables. All payments shall be made in Iranian Rials (IRR) via bank transfer to the account designated in the final contract.
Actor Availability: The Actor's availability is confirmed for the shooting schedule outlined in the production calendar. Any changes to the schedule in Tehran must be communicated no fewer than fourteen (14) days in advance to avoid rescheduling fees.
Working Hours: Standard working hours for the Actor in Tehran shall not exceed ten (10) hours per day, including breaks. Overtime beyond this limit will be billed at 1.5× the daily rate as specified in Item 09.
Intellectual Property: All performance rights, likeness rights, and promotional usage rights of the Actor shall be governed by a separate intellectual property addendum compliant with Iranian copyright law (Law on Protection of Intellectual Property, 1378/1999).
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated production halts, natural disasters affecting Tehran, or public health emergencies.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran under the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center.
Confidentiality: All terms, rates, and creative details contained in this Quotation Estimate are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both parties.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately represents the agreed-upon scope, cost, and terms for the engagement of the Actor in the production located in Tehran, Iran. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract but serves as the financial and operational basis upon which the definitive production agreement will be drafted.
