Payment for the Actor services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments to the bank account of Mesopotamia Talent & Production Services Ltd., Baghdad, Iraq:

- This Quotation Estimate is a firm offer valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by both parties.
- The Actor shall be available for a minimum of twelve (12) principal shooting days and five (5) rehearsal days within the city of Iraq Baghdad, as specified in the production schedule attached as Appendix A.
- All work related to the Actor engagement shall be conducted in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Iraq, including but not limited to the Iraqi Media Authority broadcasting codes and local labor statutes applicable in Baghdad.
- Should the production schedule in Iraq Baghdad be extended beyond the agreed dates due to circumstances beyond the control of either party (force majeure, security advisories, government-mandated closures), the Actor daily rate shall apply for each additional day, subject to prior written approval.
- The Actor grants Tigris Media Productions LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use all recorded performances for the duration of the production's distribution cycle. No additional fees shall apply for standard theatrical, streaming, and broadcast distribution.
- Any changes to the scope of the Actor engagement (additional scenes, extended shooting days, additional promotional events in Baghdad) shall be documented in a written Change Order and priced at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce.
- All personal data of the Actor and client representatives shall be handled in accordance with Iraqi data protection regulations. Neither party shall disclose the terms of this Quotation Estimate to third parties without mutual written consent.
- Security and safety protocols for the Actor during all movements within Iraq Baghdad shall be coordinated between the production company and local security contractors. The production company assumes responsibility for on-site safety compliance.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in duplicate, each retaining one original copy.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for the Actor engagement in Iraq Baghdad has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in full. The terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work set forth herein are agreed upon without reservation.
