This Quotation Estimate is issued by Levant Casting & Talent Agency Ltd. to provide a comprehensive financial breakdown for the engagement of a professional Actor for the feature film production "The Old City Chronicles." All services described herein shall be performed within the geographic boundaries of Israel Jerusalem, including but not limited to the Old City walls, the Western Wall plaza, the Mount of Olives, the City of David, and the West Jerusalem studio facilities at the Jerusalem Film Studios complex.
The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a native Hebrew and English bilingual performer with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional stage and screen experience. The Actor must be a legal resident of Israel, hold a valid Israeli work permit, and be available for a continuous shooting schedule spanning the months of August through November 2025 across various locations in Israel Jerusalem.

Payment for the Actor engagement outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments, all payable to Levant Casting & Talent Agency Ltd. via bank transfer to the Israeli bank account specified on the accompanying invoice:
- 30% advance payment (492,184 ILS) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, no later than 21 June 2025.
- 40% mid-production payment (656,245 ILS) due upon completion of the principal photography phase in Israel Jerusalem, expected no later than 15 October 2025.
- 30% final payment (492,184 ILS) due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the completion of all post-production Actor sessions and delivery of final promotional materials.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates for the Actor engagement may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Israeli entertainment industry.
- All services shall be rendered exclusively within the municipality of Israel Jerusalem and its immediate surrounding areas as defined in Section 2. Any travel beyond this scope shall be billed separately at a rate of 350 ILS per kilometer.
- The Actor shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all production materials, scripts, and creative content related to "The Old City Chronicles." This obligation survives the termination of this Quotation Estimate by a period of five (5) years.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location within Israel Jerusalem, or scope of the Actor's role must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Schedule changes resulting in additional Actor days shall be billed at the daily rate specified in Item 3.1.
- Levant Casting & Talent Agency Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the named Actor with a performer of equivalent or superior caliber, subject to the Client's written approval, in the event of force majeure, illness, or unavailability.
- All payments are subject to Israeli tax law. The Client is responsible for any withholding tax obligations applicable to the Actor's compensation under Israeli Revenue Authority regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein serve solely as a financial estimate and scope of work for the Actor engagement in Israel Jerusalem.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Jerusalem, Israel, in accordance with the Israeli Arbitration Law, 5728-1968.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Actor services to be performed in Israel Jerusalem.
