- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period expires, all rates for the Actor and associated services in Israel Tel Aviv are subject to revision based on current market conditions.
- The Actor's engagement is governed by the Israeli Labor Law and the collective agreement of the Actors' Union of Israel. All working hours, rest periods, and overtime compensation shall comply with applicable Israeli regulations.
- The Actor shall be available for a maximum of 12 hours per day (including travel time between Tel Aviv locations). Any work exceeding this threshold will be compensated at 1.5x the daily rate as specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Usage rights for the Actor's likeness, voice, and performance are limited to the territories and duration stated in Line Item 8. Any extension or additional territory requires a separate written agreement and supplementary fee.
- Meridian Talent Agency Ltd. (Israel Tel Aviv) reserves the right to substitute the Actor with a comparable professional of equal or greater experience, subject to the client's written approval, in the event of illness or force majeure.
- All production activities involving the Actor must comply with Israeli film and media regulations, including permits required by the Israel Film Fund and local Tel Aviv municipality authorities for public location shoots.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences. The terms herein are incorporated by reference into the final contract.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, in accordance with Israeli law.
- The Actor shall maintain professional conduct at all times on set and in public during the production period in Israel Tel Aviv. Any breach of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of the engagement without further compensation.
