- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, all rates and availability of the Actor must be reconfirmed in writing by Milano Talent Agency S.r.l.
- Payment Schedule: 40% of the Grand Total shall be due upon signature of the definitive contract; 40% shall be payable upon completion of principal photography in Italy Milan; the remaining 20% shall be settled within fifteen (15) business days following the final promotional event.
- Working Hours: The Actor's daily working schedule in Italy Milan shall not exceed ten (10) hours per day, inclusive of a one-hour meal break, in accordance with Italian film industry regulations. Overtime beyond ten hours shall be compensated at 1.5× the daily rate.

- Intellectual Property: All performances, recordings, and promotional materials produced under this Quotation Estimate shall be the exclusive property of the Client. The Actor grants irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual rights of use for all media, now known or hereafter devised.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Milan, Italy, under the rules of the Camera di Commercio di Milano, Monza, Brianza e Lodi. The governing law shall be Italian law.
