The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a fully contracted, insured, and professionally credentialed performer. All work will be conducted in compliance with Italian labour regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008), the national collective bargaining agreement for the entertainment sector (CCNL Spettacolo), and all applicable municipal permits required by the Comune di Napoli for public performances or filming on public thoroughfares.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates, availability of the Actor, and location permits must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Schedule: A deposit of 40% of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced and settled within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of the final performance or shooting day in Italy Naples.
- Actor Availability & Exclusivity: The Actor's availability is confirmed provisionally upon receipt of the deposit. During the contracted period, the Actor shall not be engaged by any other production or event in the Naples, Italy region without prior written consent from the Client.
- Working Hours & Overtime: Standard working hours are 10 hours per day, 6 days per week, in accordance with the CCNL Spettacolo. Any work exceeding these limits will be compensated at 1.5× the daily rate and will be itemised on a supplementary invoice.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting the Naples coastline, public health emergencies, or government-ordered closures of public venues in Italy Naples.
- Intellectual Property & Usage Rights: All footage, recordings, and photographic material featuring the Actor shall be the exclusive property of the Client. The Actor grants a worldwide, perpetual licence for use in all media, subject to the terms of the individual performance contract.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Naples, Italy, in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure. The competent court shall be that of the Tribunale di Napoli.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the identity of the Actor (if requested), and all production details until a mutual public announcement is made.
