This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kiyomizu Talent Management Co., Ltd. in response to the formal request submitted by Nishiki Film Productions K.K. for the engagement of a professional Actor for a feature-length cinematic production scheduled to take place across multiple historic locations in Japan Kyoto. This document outlines the full scope of services, associated costs, scheduling parameters, and contractual conditions governing the Actor's participation in the production. All figures presented herein are estimates based on current market rates for talent services in the Kyoto metropolitan area and are subject to the terms detailed in Section 7 of this Quotation Estimate.

The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the lead role of "Kenji Morimoto" in the feature film Whispers of the Gion. The production is set to be filmed over a period of twenty-two (22) working days across principal locations in Japan Kyoto, including but not limited to: the Kiyomizu-dera temple grounds, the Philosopher's Path in Higashiyama, the Nishiki Market district, the Arashiyama bamboo grove, and the Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine complex. The Actor is expected to deliver performances in both Japanese and English dialogue, participate in two (2) action sequences requiring certified stunt coordination, and attend a minimum of three (3) promotional press events in Kyoto following the principal photography period.

All Actor services shall be rendered in accordance with the production schedule approved by the director and shall comply with all local regulations governing filming permits in Japan Kyoto, including the Kyoto City Filming Guidelines and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) heritage site protection protocols applicable to designated cultural properties.

Payment for the Actor services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer to the account designated by Kiyomizu Talent Management Co., Ltd.:

First installment (40%): JPY 6,745,200 — due upon execution of the definitive service agreement, no later than 10 July 2025.
Second installment (40%): JPY 6,745,200 — due upon commencement of principal photography in Japan Kyoto, expected 15 August 2025.
Third installment (20%): JPY 3,372,600 — due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the completion of the final promotional event in Kyoto.

The Actor shall be available for a continuous engagement period of thirty (30) days, commencing 15 August 2025 and concluding 14 September 2025. All filming locations are situated within the administrative boundaries of Japan Kyoto (Kyoto-fu). The production company is responsible for securing all municipal filming permits, heritage site access authorizations, and crowd management clearances required by the Kyoto City Government and the National Institute for Cultural Properties. The Actor shall comply with all site-specific restrictions, including noise limitations near residential areas in Gion and the prohibition of artificial lighting on temple grounds after 19:00 hours.

In the event that the production is cancelled or suspended for reasons attributable to the client, the Actor shall be compensated for 100% of the fees corresponding to the days already committed under this Quotation Estimate. In the event of force majeure events specific to Japan Kyoto — including but not limited to seismic activity, volcanic events, typhoon-related government evacuation orders, or emergency cultural heritage protection closures — the engagement period shall be extended by the number of affected days at no additional cost to the client, provided that the Actor remains available and no alternative location outside Kyoto is required.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions for Actor services in Japan.
All costs are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of applicable Japanese consumption tax at the current rate of 10%.
The Actor retains full moral rights over the performance in accordance with the Copyright Act of Japan (Act No. 48 of 1970).
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kyoto, Japan, under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
This document constitutes a non-binding estimate. A binding service agreement shall be executed separately upon mutual acceptance of the terms herein.
