This Quotation Estimate is issued by Stellar Performances Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Actor for the specified production project to be carried out in Kenya Nairobi. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of services, deliverables, and financial terms for the Actor engagement. The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform in a 60-second national television commercial and a 30-second digital social media cutdown. The Actor will be required to attend two (2) full days of filming at the Mombasa Road Studios in Kenya Nairobi, as well as one (1) half-day session for a photo shoot to be used in print and outdoor advertising materials. The Actor must be available for a mandatory audition and callback process to be conducted in Kenya Nairobi prior to the final booking confirmation.

As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Actor engagement in Kenya Nairobi shall be structured as follows: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be paid as a non-refundable deposit upon signing of the service agreement to secure the Actor's availability. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of all filming and photo sessions in Kenya Nairobi. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Stellar Performances Ltd. account at Equity Bank, Kenya Nairobi branch. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Kenyan commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates for the Actor engagement in Kenya Nairobi are subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.
- The Actor shall be bound by a standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all production materials, scripts, and creative concepts developed during the engagement in Kenya Nairobi.
- Any changes to the scope of work, including additional filming days, extended usage rights, or relocation of the production site within Kenya Nairobi, shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may result in additional charges.
- The Actor is entitled to a minimum of one (1) hour of meal break per four (4) hours of continuous work, in compliance with the Kenya Labour Act, 2007, as applicable to the entertainment sector in Kenya Nairobi.
- Stellar Performances Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated shutdowns, or infrastructure failures in Kenya Nairobi.
- All intellectual property rights in the final produced content shall vest in the client upon full and final payment. The Actor retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio with prior written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to the final contractual documentation.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Actor in Kenya Nairobi shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Actor in Kenya Nairobi. This acceptance constitutes a request to proceed with the formal Service Agreement.
