The Actor identified for this engagement is a professionally trained performer with over twelve years of experience in stage, television, and film productions across the Gulf region. The scope of the Actor's duties in Kuwait, Kuwait City, shall include but not be limited to the following:

• Attendance at all scheduled rehearsals (minimum 15 rehearsal sessions) at the designated venue in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
• Full performance in the lead role across 22 scheduled shows at the Kuwait City Cultural Centre, Al Salmiya District.
• Participation in two (2) promotional press events and one (1) public premiere event in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
• Availability for a minimum of three (3) hours per day during the rehearsal and performance period.
• Compliance with all production schedules, call sheets, and directorial instructions issued by the production team.
• Provision of appropriate costumes and personal grooming in accordance with the character requirements outlined in the production script.
• Adherence to all local regulations and cultural sensitivities applicable to public performances in Kuwait, Kuwait City.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

• 30% Mid-Production Payment (KWD 3,857.700): Due upon completion of the tenth (10th) scheduled performance.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Stagecraft Talent Agency. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability are subject to revision.
2. The Actor's engagement is contingent upon the successful issuance of a valid work visa by the Kuwait Ministry of Interior. Should visa processing be delayed beyond fourteen (14) days, either party may terminate this agreement without penalty.
3. All performances must comply with the cultural and legal standards of Kuwait, Kuwait City. The production company assumes full responsibility for obtaining all necessary performance permits from the Kuwait Ministry of Culture and Arts.
4. The Actor shall not be required to perform any content that violates Kuwaiti law or public decency standards. Any such requirement shall be deemed outside the scope of this Quotation Estimate.
5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies in Kuwait City, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without liability to either party.
6. Any changes to the scope of work, number of performances, or schedule must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
