1. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised rates for the Actor engagement.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon signing of the engagement contract. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is payable within fourteen (14) days of the final delivery of all Actor performance materials.
- All Actor services will be performed in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any travel outside the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area will be quoted separately as a supplement to this Quotation Estimate.
- The Actor is required to attend a minimum of ten (10) hours per shooting day. Overtime beyond this limit will be charged at 1.5× the daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Usage rights granted under this Quotation Estimate are limited to the Malaysian territory for a period of twelve (12) months. International distribution or extended usage will require a separate addendum and additional fees.
- Starlight Talent Management Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute the Actor with a comparable talent of equal or higher caliber should the originally contracted Actor become unavailable due to force majeure. Any such substitution will be communicated in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled shoot date.
- All costs listed in this Quotation Estimate are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement incorporating the terms herein.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Actor services to be rendered in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur as detailed above. The signed document shall serve as the basis for the subsequent Service Agreement between the parties.
