This Quotation Estimate is issued by Estrella Talent Agency S.A. de C.V. to formally propose the professional engagement of a Actor for the production of a 60-second television and digital commercial to be filmed in Mexico Mexico City. Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices and availability of the Actor are subject to revision.
- All prices are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Actor's compensation is subject to the withholding obligations established by the Mexican Federal Tax Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación).
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract; 50% upon completion of all filming days in Mexico Mexico City. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Estrella Talent Agency S.A. de C.V.
- The Actor is engaged exclusively for the project described herein. Any additional shooting days, reshoots, or extended usage beyond the 12-month licensing period will be billed separately at the rates indicated in this document.
- All services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of Mexico Mexico City (Ciudad de México). Travel to locations outside the CDMX metropolitan area will incur additional transportation and accommodation charges to be agreed upon in writing.
- The Actor agrees to maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and adherence to the production schedule. Cancellation by the client within 72 hours of a scheduled shoot day will result in a 50% fee for that day.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal service agreement. The final contract will incorporate all terms herein and will be governed by the civil and commercial laws of the State of Mexico and the Federal District (Mexico Mexico City).
- Confidentiality: All parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Actor's identity, performance details, and commercial terms until the official public release of the campaign.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Mexico Mexico City before proceeding to the competent courts.
