This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Performing Arts Agency in response to the formal request from Mediterranean Film Productions SARL for the professional engagement of a principal Actor for the feature film production "Sahara Winds." The Actor shall be available for a minimum of twenty-two (22) shooting days, with an additional five (5) days reserved for rehearsals, table reads, and promotional appearances. All services shall be rendered within the city of Morocco Casablanca, specifically at Atlas Studios located in the Ain Diab district, as well as at approved on-location sites within a forty-kilometer radius of the Casablanca city center.

The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a professionally trained performer with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in theatrical and screen productions. The Actor must be fluent in both French and Arabic to accommodate the bilingual dialogue requirements of the screenplay. The agency guarantees that the Actor will be available exclusively for this production during the contracted period and will not be simultaneously booked for any other project in Morocco Casablanca or internationally.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Actor are subject to re-evaluation and may be revised.
Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon signing of the definitive contract. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of all shooting days in Morocco Casablanca.
All payments shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the agency's designated account at Bank of Africa, Casablanca branch. No cash payments shall be accepted.
The Actor is engaged as an independent contractor through Atlas Performing Arts Agency and is not an employee of the client. All social security and tax obligations related to the Actor are the responsibility of the agency in compliance with Moroccan labor and tax regulations.
Any changes to the shooting schedule, location within Morocco Casablanca, or scope of the Actor's role must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Additional days beyond the contracted period shall be billed at the daily rate specified in Item 01.
The agency reserves the right to substitute the Actor with a performer of equivalent or superior caliber in the event of force majeure, illness, or unforeseen unavailability. Any such substitution shall be approved in writing by the client within forty-eight (48) hours.
All intellectual property rights in the final film production belong to the client. The Actor grants a full, irrevocable license for the use of their likeness, voice, and performance in all media, worldwide, in perpetuity.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A definitive service agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work. The terms of this Quotation Estimate shall be incorporated into the definitive agreement unless otherwise negotiated.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with the rules of the Casablanca Court of Arbitration. The governing law shall be the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
The Actor shall comply with all local regulations, studio safety protocols, and production guidelines applicable in Morocco Casablanca. Failure to comply may result in termination of the engagement without penalty to the client.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Actor in Morocco Casablanca. This signature authorizes Atlas Performing Arts Agency to proceed with the booking and scheduling of the Actor for the specified production dates.
