The Actor will be based in Nepal Kathmandu for the entire duration of the shoot, which is scheduled to span twenty-two (22) working days across multiple locations within the Kathmandu Valley, including Thamel, Patan, Bhaktapur, and the surrounding rural districts.

The Actor will be engaged in the capacity of Lead Actor for the principal role in the feature film. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: script preparation and rehearsal sessions, on-camera performance across all scheduled shooting days, participation in table reads and director's workshops, voice-over recording sessions, and promotional appearances in Nepal Kathmandu during the post-production and marketing phase. All services will be rendered within the geographical boundaries of Nepal Kathmandu and its immediate metropolitan area unless otherwise specified in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.

Grand Total in words: Five Million Five Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand One Hundred Eighty Nepali Rupees only.
Approximate USD equivalent at prevailing rate: ~$40,850 (subject to exchange rate on payment date).

• Advance Payment: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (NPR 2,214,472) shall be due within seven (7) calendar days of acceptance of this document, to be transferred via bank wire to the account of Himalayan Talent & Production Services Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal.
• Mid-Production Payment: 35% of the total amount (NPR 1,937,663) shall be payable upon completion of the twelfth (12th) shooting day in Nepal Kathmandu.
• Final Payment: The remaining 25% (NPR 1,384,045) shall be due within fourteen (14) days of the Actor's final wrap day and delivery of all promotional materials.
• All payments are to be made in Nepali Rupees (NPR) to the designated bank account. International wire transfers from outside Nepal shall bear any intermediary bank charges.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and charges are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
• The Actor shall be available for a minimum of ten (10) hours per shooting day, with overtime calculated at 1.5x the daily rate for hours exceeding ten.
• Any change in the shooting schedule, additional locations beyond the Kathmandu Valley, or extension of the production period in Nepal Kathmandu shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may result in additional charges.
• The production company shall provide all necessary permits, location clearances, and safety equipment required for the Actor's work in Nepal Kathmandu as mandated by the Nepal Film Council and local municipal authorities.
• Confidentiality: All script materials, production schedules, and creative content shared with the Actor shall remain strictly confidential. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination and legal action under Nepali law.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters (including earthquakes common to the Nepal Kathmandu region), government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control.
