All payments referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via bank transfer to the account of Auckland Talent & Performance Agency Ltd. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice issuance. A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Actor's availability. The remaining 50% balance shall be invoiced upon completion of the final shooting day. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with New Zealand commercial practice.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Actor are subject to reconfirmation.
- The Actor's engagement is governed by a separate Performance Agreement to be executed upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The terms herein do not constitute a binding contract until the Performance Agreement is signed by both parties.
- The Actor shall comply with all health and safety regulations as set by WorkSafe New Zealand and the specific production's safety plan for all filming locations in New Zealand Auckland.
- Intellectual property rights in all recorded performances shall vest in the production company (Pacific Media Productions Ltd) upon full payment, subject to the Actor's moral rights under the Copyright Act 1994 (New Zealand).
- The Actor shall not be required to perform any scene that involves physical risk beyond the scope described in the approved stunt and safety plan. Any additional risk-based work will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Cancellation by the client after the Actor has been confirmed will incur a fee of 75% of the total Quotation Estimate value if cancelled within 14 days of the first shooting day, or 50% if cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Performance Agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Auckland, New Zealand.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for the Actor's personal agent, legal counsel, or any third-party services not explicitly itemised above.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing set out in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Actor in New Zealand Auckland. The undersigned authorises Auckland Talent & Performance Agency Ltd to proceed with booking and scheduling the Actor for the dates and scope described herein.
