This Quotation Estimate for the Actor engagement in New Zealand Wellington shall be settled according to the following payment milestones:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Actor are subject to reconfirmation.
- All fees quoted in this document are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15%.
- The Actor shall be available for a maximum of 12 hours per working day in New Zealand Wellington, with a minimum 10-hour turnaround between call times as per New Zealand film industry standards.
- Any additional days required beyond the 28 principal photography days specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the daily rate of NZD 2,850.00 plus applicable expenses.
- The Actor is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Harbour Talent Productions Ltd or the production company. All employment-related obligations, including KiwiSaver contributions, are the responsibility of the production entity.
- Payment terms are net 14 days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal engagement letter or production agreement is executed by both parties.
- All filming locations within the New Zealand Wellington region, including but not limited to the Wellington waterfront, Te Aro, and the Hutt Valley, are covered under this estimate. Travel to locations beyond a 60-kilometre radius of central Wellington will be quoted separately.
- The Actor grants the production company a limited, non-exclusive licence to use their name, likeness, and performance for promotional purposes related to the film "Tidal" for a period of 24 months following the film's theatrical release.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Actor shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Wellington.
- Harbour Talent Productions Ltd reserves the right to substitute the Actor with a performer of equivalent calibre and experience should the originally nominated Actor become unavailable due to illness or force majeure, subject to the client's written approval.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Actor as described herein for the production to be filmed in New Zealand Wellington. This acceptance authorises Harbour Talent Productions Ltd to proceed with the Actor's booking and to issue the formal engagement contract.
