All services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be rendered within the metropolitan area of Nigeria Lagos, including but not limited to Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikeja, Yaba, and the Third Mainland Bridge corridor.

The Actor to be engaged is a professionally trained, experienced, and fully insured performer with a minimum of ten (10) years of on-screen experience in Nigerian and international productions. The Actor shall be available for all scheduled call times, rehearsals, fittings, and post-production voice-over sessions as required by the production schedule. This Quotation Estimate encompasses the full professional commitment of the Actor to the project as outlined below.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond the validity period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Actor services in Nigeria Lagos.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon commencement of principal photography, and 20% upon successful completion of all Actor obligations including post-production sessions.
• All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account details provided by Starlight Talent Management & Productions Ltd.
• The Actor shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a standard Nigerian film industry contract governing intellectual property, publicity rights, and exclusivity during the production period.
• Any additional shooting days beyond the twenty (20) days specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the daily rate of NGN 850,000 per day, subject to mutual written agreement.
• The production company shall bear all costs related to set construction, equipment, catering for the Actor, and any location permits required within Nigeria Lagos.
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to government-imposed restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Nigeria Lagos), either party may suspend or terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice, and no penalty shall apply.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Actor engagement agreement and the advance payment has been received in full.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Actor engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.
