As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: 40% advance upon signing of the engagement contract, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and the remaining 20% within seven (7) working days of final delivery. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our designated account in Pakistan Islamabad. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per standard commercial practice in Pakistan.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry period, rates may be revised based on market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Actor shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) regarding the content, script, and production details of the project.
- Any additional shooting days beyond the scheduled 12 days for the principal Actor shall be billed at the daily rate specified in this estimate.
- The client is responsible for all location permits, municipal clearances, and government approvals required for filming in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Our agency reserves the right to substitute the Actor in the event of medical emergency or force majeure, subject to the client's written approval.
- All intellectual property rights in the final production remain with the client. The Actor grants a limited performance license as defined in the separate engagement contract.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal service agreement.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, rates, and conditions specified herein for the engagement of the Actor talent in Pakistan Islamabad. This document serves as the formal basis for the subsequent execution of the master service agreement.
