- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, all rates associated with the Actor's engagement in Peru Lima are subject to revision based on market conditions and the Actor's updated availability.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of principal photography in Peru Lima, and 25% upon final delivery and wrap of the production. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Andes Performance Group S.A.C., RUC 20601234567, Banco de Crédito del Perú, Lima.
- The Actor is contractually obligated to maintain professional conduct on and off set throughout the duration of the engagement in Peru Lima. Any breach of the code of conduct may result in termination of the agreement and forfeiture of remaining payments as stipulated in the master contract.
- All filming locations within Peru Lima must be confirmed in writing no fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled shoot date. Relocation of the Actor to a location outside the Lima metropolitan area will incur additional transportation and accommodation costs to be quoted separately.
- The Quotation Estimate does not include costs for special effects, stunt coordination, or any additional crew members beyond those specified herein. Any scope changes requested by the client after the issuance of this document will be addressed through a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, specifically the Peruvian Civil Code, the Labor Code, and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Culture regarding the entertainment and audiovisual sector in Peru Lima. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in the city of Lima, Peru.
- The Actor retains all moral rights to their performance as established under Peruvian intellectual property law. The client acquires full exploitation rights to the recorded performance for the duration and territories specified in the separate exploitation agreement.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Peru Lima, shall suspend the obligations of both parties without penalty until normal operations resume.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and financial figures outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the professional engagement of the Actor in Peru Lima. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding preliminary agreement pending the execution of the full production contract.
