This Quotation Estimate is issued by Manila Talent & Performance Agency Inc. in response to the client's request for the professional engagement of a Actor to perform in a feature-length film production scheduled to take place across multiple locations in Philippines Manila. The Actor shall be available for a minimum of twenty-four (24) working days, including rehearsal periods, principal photography, and post-production voice-over sessions as required by the production team. All services shall be rendered within the greater Philippines Manila metropolitan area, including but not limited to Quezon City, Makati City, Pasig City, and Taguig City.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond the validity period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Actor services in Philippines Manila.
- The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be exclusively available to the client for the duration of the project in Philippines Manila and shall not accept concurrent engagements without prior written consent from the production company.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due upon signing of the service contract. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) calendar days following the completion of all Actor performance obligations in Philippines Manila.
- All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are inclusive of 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue of the Philippines. No additional taxes or levies shall apply.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, additional days required for the Actor, or relocation of production sites within Philippines Manila shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the agency.
- The Actor shall comply with all local labor laws, safety regulations, and production codes of conduct applicable in Philippines Manila. The agency assumes responsibility for the Actor's occupational insurance during the engagement period.
- Intellectual property rights, likeness usage, and promotional materials featuring the Actor shall be governed by a separate rider to the master service agreement. The client shall obtain written consent before any public distribution of footage shot in Philippines Manila.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The agency reserves the right to decline the engagement if the Actor becomes unavailable due to force majeure events.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Actor in Philippines Manila shall be resolved through mediation under the rules of the Philippine Center for International Investment and Arbitration (PCIA) in Manila.
