- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Actor services in Qatar Doha.
- All fees quoted are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 5% as mandated by the Qatar Tax Authority. No additional taxes or levies shall apply.
- The Actor shall be available for a minimum of 12 hours per shooting day in Qatar Doha. Overtime beyond 12 hours will be billed at 1.5 times the daily rate. Weekend and public holiday work in Qatar will be billed at 2 times the daily rate.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon commencement of principal photography, and 25% upon successful completion of all Actor obligations and final delivery.
- The Actor shall comply with all Qatar Film Commission regulations, local cultural guidelines, and the Qatar Media Law. Any breach of local regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the Actor and may result in immediate termination of the engagement.
- Stellar Performance Talent Agency LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions in Qatar Doha, government-mandated shutdowns, or international travel restrictions.
- All intellectual property rights in the final filmed material shall vest in the client. The Actor grants a limited, non-exclusive license for the use of their name, likeness, and performance solely for promotional purposes related to this specific production in Qatar Doha and internationally.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Actor as described herein for the production to be carried out in Qatar Doha. The Client agrees to all terms, conditions, rates, and payment schedules outlined in this document.
