- Availability for up to twenty-five (25) full working days (ten-hour days) during the principal photography period, with overtime compensation calculated at one and a half times the base daily rate.
- Provision of the Actor's own wardrobe for up to three (3) distinct character looks, subject to final approval by the production's costume department.
- Compliance with all applicable Russian Federation labor regulations, visa requirements (if the Actor is a foreign national), and local Russia Moscow municipal permits for public filming.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule for the Actor engagement in Russia Moscow:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due within five (5) business days of mutual acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the definitive service contract. The advance payment secures the Actor's availability and initiates visa and permit processing for Russia Moscow.
- 40% Mid-Production Payment: Due upon completion of the fifteenth (15th) working day of principal photography in Russia Moscow.
- 30% Final Payment: Due within ten (10) business days following the conclusion of all promotional events and the delivery of final deliverables.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the agency's designated account in Moscow, Russia, in Russian Rubles (RUB) or, at the client's discretion, in US Dollars (USD) at the Central Bank of Russia's published exchange rate on the date of payment.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability for the Actor in Russia Moscow are subject to revision without prior notice.
5.2 Cancellation: In the event the client cancels the engagement prior to the commencement of principal photography, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be applied. Cancellations during active production in Russia Moscow shall incur a fee of 75% of the remaining contract value.
5.3 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns in Russia Moscow, natural disasters, or changes in Russian Federation immigration policy affecting the Actor's legal status.
5.4 Intellectual Property: All performance rights, likeness rights, and promotional materials featuring the Actor shall be governed by a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed concurrently with the primary service contract. The Actor grants the production company a non-exclusive license to use recorded performances for distribution within the Russian Federation and internationally.
5.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, seated in Moscow.
5.6 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the Actor's compensation, and all production details pertaining to the Russia Moscow engagement for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the conclusion of the project.
