The Actor must be physically present in Russia Saint Petersburg no later than 01 August 2025 for the commencement of pre-production rehearsals.

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule, payable in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the agency's designated account in Russia Saint Petersburg:

• 30% Advance Payment (RUB 4,924,800) — due within five (5) business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% Mid-Production Payment (RUB 6,566,400) — due upon completion of day 25 of principal photography.
• 30% Final Payment (RUB 4,924,800) — due within ten (10) business days following the Actor's final wrap date and delivery of all ADR sessions.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Actor and associated services in Russia Saint Petersburg are subject to revision.
2. The Actor's engagement is contingent upon successful completion of a paid screen test and chemistry read to be conducted in Saint Petersburg no later than 25 July 2025.
3. All filming locations within Russia Saint Petersburg must comply with local municipal permits and the Federal Law on Cinematography of the Russian Federation. The client assumes responsibility for obtaining location clearances.
4. The Actor shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all production materials, scripts, and creative content developed during the engagement in Russia Saint Petersburg.
5. Any change in the shooting schedule exceeding three (3) additional days in Russia Saint Petersburg will incur an overtime rate of 150% of the daily Actor fee as specified in this Quotation Estimate.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting outdoor filming in Saint Petersburg, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health restrictions, shall suspend the production timeline without penalty to either party.
7. All intellectual property rights in the Actor's performance shall vest in the client upon full and final payment of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate.
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Court of Russia Saint Petersburg in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the engagement of the Actor in Russia Saint Petersburg. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
