This Quotation Estimate is issued by Seoul Talent & Performance Agency Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") in response to the formal request submitted by Hallyu Global Media Inc. for the professional engagement of a principal Actor for the production of the international commercial campaign titled "Seoul Nights." The Actor services described herein are to be performed exclusively within the metropolitan boundaries of Seoul, South Korea, and encompass all pre-production, principal photography, and post-production support activities as detailed below.

The Agency has identified and secured the availability of a senior professional Actor, Mr. Daniel Kim (age 34, 12 years of professional experience in film, television, and commercial work), who meets all the technical, linguistic, and performance criteria specified in the client's creative brief. The Actor is a native Korean-English bilingual performer with prior experience in international brand campaigns and is fully available for the proposed shooting schedule in South Korea Seoul.

Advance Payment (50%): KRW 11,467,500 due within 5 business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the Actor's first rehearsal day in Seoul.
Mid-Production Payment (30%): KRW 6,880,500 due upon completion of principal photography (Day 7 of the shooting schedule).
Final Payment (20%): KRW 4,587,000 due within 10 business days following the Actor's final post-production approval session.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Agency's designated account at Woori Bank, Seoul branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Actor and associated services are subject to revision based on market conditions in South Korea Seoul.
The Actor's engagement is strictly limited to the locations and dates specified herein. Any additional shooting days, location changes outside Seoul, or scope extensions will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Agency.
The Actor shall comply with all applicable South Korean labor laws, entertainment industry regulations, and local filming permits required by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
The Agency guarantees the Actor's availability for the stated period. In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government-mandated shutdown, or serious illness), the Agency shall provide a substitute Actor of equivalent caliber at no additional cost, subject to the client's written approval.
All intellectual property rights in the final commercial footage shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Actor grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license for the use of his likeness, name, and performance in the "Seoul Nights" campaign and its associated promotional materials.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the creative content, script, and commercial terms of this engagement. This obligation survives for 24 months following project completion.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate of costs for the Actor services described. It does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement. All figures are quoted in Korean Won (KRW) and are inclusive of all applicable South Korea domestic taxes unless otherwise stated. The Agency reserves the right to amend this estimate in writing should the production schedule change by more than 3 days or the shooting locations be relocated outside the Seoul metropolitan area.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Actor services in South Korea Seoul and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The Agency confirms the Actor's availability and commitment to the project upon receipt of the advance payment.
