1. Scope of Services – Actor Engagement in Spain Barcelona

This Quotation Estimate is issued to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the professional engagement of a Actor for a production to be staged and filmed in Spain Barcelona. The Actor services described herein encompass all rehearsal sessions, principal photography days, post-production voice-over work, and any ancillary talent obligations required by the client's production schedule within the Barcelona metropolitan area.

The Actor to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate is a professionally trained and experienced performer, fully registered with the relevant Spanish performing-arts guilds (ATC – Actors' Trade Union, and the corresponding Catalan regional body). The Actor will be available for a minimum engagement period of twelve (12) working days in Spain Barcelona, with the option to extend as detailed in Section 4 of this document. All services will be rendered in compliance with Spanish labour regulations, including the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the audiovisual sector in Catalonia.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Actor services in Spain Barcelona is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
Payment Terms: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon signed acceptance; 40% is due upon commencement of the Actor's first working day in Barcelona; the remaining 20% is due within fourteen (14) days of the Actor's final working day or delivery of all post-production materials, whichever is later.
Working Hours: The Actor in Spain Barcelona shall work a maximum of ten (10) hours per day, including a one-hour meal break. Overtime beyond this limit will be billed at 1.5× the daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the Actor's first scheduled day in Barcelona incurs no penalty. Cancellation between 14 and 7 days incurs a 25% fee of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation within 7 days incurs a 50% fee.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting filming in Spain Barcelona, public health emergencies, or government-mandated shutdowns in Catalonia.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate, the client acquires the right to use the Actor's performance, likeness, and voice in the agreed production. The Actor retains moral rights under Spanish intellectual property law (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, RD 1/1996).
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract for Actor services in Spain Barcelona shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Catalonia.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the Actor's identity (if requested), and all production details pertaining to the Spain Barcelona engagement.

4. Extension and Additional Services

Should the production schedule in Spain Barcelona require the Actor to remain beyond the initial twelve (12) working days, additional days will be billed at the daily rates specified in Items 02 and 03 of this Quotation Estimate. Any additional accommodation, travel, or meal costs in Barcelona will be charged at the per-diem rates listed in Items 05, 06, and 07. A written amendment to this Quotation Estimate must be signed by both parties before any extension takes effect.

5. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Actor in Spain Barcelona. This signature constitutes a binding agreement to the terms, conditions, and total amount set forth in this document.
