SCOPE OF SERVICES – ACTOR ENGAGEMENTThis Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the formal request submitted by the client for the engagement of a professional Actor for the upcoming feature film production to be shot primarily in and around Sri Lanka Colombo. The services outlined below encompass the full scope of the Actor's professional commitment, including rehearsal periods, principal photography, post-production voice work, and promotional appearances. All rates are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the specified Actor are subject to reconfirmation and potential revision.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of principal photography, and the remaining 25% within fourteen (14) days of the final promotional event in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Colombo Entertainment & Talent Management Pvt. Ltd., Bank of Ceylon, Colombo 03 Branch, Account No. 0123-4567-890.
- The Actor shall be available for a maximum of twelve (12) hours per shooting day, with a minimum two-hour break. Overtime beyond this limit shall be charged at 1.5x the daily rate.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location shifts outside the Sri Lanka Colombo metropolitan area, or additional days required shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- The production house shall provide all necessary permits, location clearances, and safety equipment as mandated by the Sri Lanka Film Commission and local municipal authorities in Colombo.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
- Confidentiality: All details contained in this Quotation Estimate, including the identity of the Actor, fee structures, and production details, shall be treated as strictly confidential by the receiving party.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control, particularly relevant given the geographical context of Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
