• On-set performance, direction collaboration, and scene execution as directed by the lead director and production team.
• Participation in up to two (2) promotional interviews or public appearances in Khartoum as part of the project's marketing strategy.
• Adherence to all local Sudanese cultural protocols, safety regulations, and production house rules while working in Sudan Khartoum.
• Availability for a minimum of ten (10) hours per working day, including call time, performance, and wrap-up activities.

• This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until formally accepted in writing by the client. Upon acceptance, it shall convert into a binding service agreement governing the Actor's engagement in Sudan Khartoum.
• Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of principal photography in Khartoum, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all Actor performance materials.
• All payments shall be made in USD via international bank transfer to the account designated by Nile Performance Arts Agency. The client is responsible for any applicable Sudanese import or service taxes in Khartoum.
• The Actor shall be provided with a safe working environment in Sudan Khartoum, including security arrangements if the production site requires it. The client assumes responsibility for on-site safety compliance.
• Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or extended stay in Sudan Khartoum beyond the quoted period shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by the agency.
• The Actor retains full moral rights over their performance. The client receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the recorded performance for the specific project described herein.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for set construction, camera equipment, lighting, or post-production editing, which shall be quoted separately.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Sudan Khartoum, shall exempt both parties from performance obligations without penalty.
