This Quotation Estimate is issued by SwissStage Talent Agency AG in response to the formal request submitted by Zurich Film & Media Productions GmbH for the professional engagement of a Actor to perform in a staged theatrical production and accompanying commercial filming scheduled to take place in Switzerland Zurich during the period of 1 August 2025 through 30 September 2025. This document itemises all anticipated costs, service deliverables, and contractual conditions associated with the Actor's engagement, ensuring full transparency for the client regarding the financial scope of the project in the Zurich metropolitan area.

The Actor identified for this Quotation Estimate is a professionally trained performer with over twelve years of stage and screen experience, fluent in German, English, and French, making them fully suited for productions targeting the multilingual audience of Switzerland Zurich. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Rehearsal participation at the Zürichsee Theatre, Zurich, for a minimum of 20 working days prior to the premiere.
Performance in a minimum of 35 public shows at the Zürichsee Theatre and the Studio 4 venue in Wiedikon, Switzerland Zurich.
On-set filming for a 90-second commercial to be shot at three locations within the city of Zurich, including the Limmatquai waterfront and the old town (Altstadt) district.
Attendance at two press conferences and one promotional event in Zurich as part of the production's marketing strategy.
Availability for up to five additional days of reshoots or supplementary rehearsals within the Switzerland Zurich area, should the production schedule require it.

Payment of the total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: 40% upon signing of the engagement contract, 40% upon completion of all rehearsal days in Zurich, and the remaining 20% within fourteen (14) calendar days following the final performance or filming day in Switzerland Zurich. All payments shall be transferred via bank wire to the agency's account at UBS AG, Zurich (IBAN: CH93 0023 0456 7890 12345). Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory Swiss rate of 5% per annum.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Actor are subject to reconfirmation.
All services described herein are to be performed exclusively within the city and canton of Zurich, Switzerland. Any travel outside the canton of Zurich will be quoted separately.
The Actor shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all production materials, scripts, and creative content developed during the engagement in Switzerland Zurich.
Swiss labour law (Arbeitsgesetz, ArG) and the applicable collective labour agreement (GAV) for the performing arts in the canton of Zurich shall govern this engagement.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather affecting Zurich, public health restrictions, or venue closures, shall entitle either party to suspend or terminate the engagement without penalty, subject to written notice within 48 hours.
Any changes to the scope of services, additional performance dates, or extended filming in Switzerland Zurich must be agreed upon in writing and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts in Zurich, Switzerland, or by arbitration under the rules of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution (SCAI) in Zurich.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Actor in Switzerland Zurich. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
