This Quotation Estimate is issued by East African Talent & Productions Ltd. in response to the formal request from Mwenge Media Productions Ltd. for the professional engagement of a lead Actor for the upcoming feature film production titled "Sauti ya Bahari", to be shot primarily in and around Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a professionally trained, experienced performer with a minimum of eight (8) years of credited screen and stage experience. The Actor will be responsible for portraying the lead role of "Juma Mwangi" across all scheduled filming days, promotional appearances, and post-production voice-over sessions as required by the production team in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all rates and terms.
Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount shall be paid upon execution of the formal contract. The remaining 60% shall be disbursed in two equal installments: 30% upon completion of principal photography and 30% upon delivery of all post-production and promotional obligations.
Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of East African Talent & Productions Ltd. at NMB Bank, Dar es Salaam Branch, Tanzania. No cash payments will be accepted.
Working Hours: The Actor's standard working day in Tanzania Dar es Salaam shall not exceed ten (10) hours, including one (1) hour for meal breaks. Overtime beyond this limit shall be compensated at 1.5 times the daily rate.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled start date incurs a 25% penalty. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days incurs a 50% penalty. Cancellation on or after the start date incurs 100% of the contracted fee.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
Intellectual Property: All footage, recordings, and promotional materials featuring the Actor shall remain the exclusive property of Mwenge Media Productions Ltd. The Actor retains the right to include the work in their professional portfolio and reel.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the script content, and all production details until official public release.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Actor for the "Sauti ya Bahari" production in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
