1. Scope of Services — Actor Engagement in Thailand Bangkok
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Siam Creative Talent Agency Co., Ltd. to formally propose the engagement of a professional Actor for the principal role in the feature film production titled “Rivers of the Capital.” All services described herein shall be performed within the metropolitan area of Thailand Bangkok, including but not limited to the primary shooting locations at the Chao Phraya River waterfront, the Grand Palace historical district, and the studio facilities at Ekkamai, Bangkok. The Actor engagement encompasses pre-production meetings, on-set performance, post-production voice-over sessions, and promotional appearances as detailed in the itemized schedule below.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period in Thailand Bangkok shall be subject to re-evaluation of rates due to market fluctuations in the local entertainment industry.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of principal photography in Thailand Bangkok; 20% upon final delivery of all post-production and promotional obligations.
- All payments shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the agency account held at Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok branch. USD payments will be converted at the Bank of Thailand's published rate on the day of transaction.
- The Actor's daily schedule in Thailand Bangkok shall not exceed twelve (12) hours including meal and rest breaks, in compliance with the Thai Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998).
- Any additional shooting days, extended hours, or location changes within Thailand Bangkok beyond the scope outlined in Section 2 shall be billed at 1.5x the daily rate and require written approval from both parties.
- The Actor shall comply with all local regulations of Thailand Bangkok, including but not limited to filming permits issued by the Department of Cultural Promotion, Ministry of Culture, and any municipal restrictions in the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration area.
- Confidentiality: All script materials, production schedules, and creative content related to this engagement in Thailand Bangkok shall remain strictly confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- Cancellation: Should the production be cancelled by the client, the Actor shall be compensated for 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount for days already committed. Cancellation by the Actor without cause shall result in full refund of any advance payment received.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in Thailand Bangkok, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to the final contractual documentation.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Actor services in Thailand Bangkok and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes a formal request to proceed with the engagement as described.
