1. Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments: (a) 40% upon execution of the service agreement; (b) 40% upon completion of principal photography in Uganda Kampala; and (c) 20% upon final delivery of all post-production assets. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Stellar Performers Entertainment Ltd. at Stanbic Bank, Kampala Branch. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Uganda Contracts Act, 2010.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in Uganda Kampala.
- The Actor shall be available for a minimum of 10 hours per shooting day, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the daily rate.
- All filming locations within Uganda Kampala and its environs shall be coordinated by the production team. Any change of location beyond a 50 km radius from central Kampala will be subject to a separate travel surcharge.
- The Actor grants the production company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use all recorded performances for a period of ten (10) years from the date of first public release.
- Stellar Performers Entertainment Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to adverse weather, government-imposed curfews, or civil unrest in Uganda Kampala.
- All intellectual property rights in the final produced content shall vest in the client upon full and final payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2000 of Uganda.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Actor in Uganda Kampala. This document serves as the foundational commercial reference for the subsequent Service Agreement.
