Each Actor unit specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be an electro-pneumatic actuator with the following minimum performance characteristics: stroke length of 120 mm, maximum thrust of 15 kN, response time not exceeding 3 seconds from full-open to full-closed position, and a mean time between failures (MTBF) of no less than 100,000 operating hours. The Actor housing shall be fabricated from marine-grade aluminium alloy with a powder-coated finish suitable for the high-humidity and saline-air conditions prevalent in United Arab Emirates Dubai. Commissioning and functional safety testing of each Actor shall follow within five (5) working days thereafter. • This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms: 30% advance upon order confirmation, 50% upon delivery of all Actor units to the United Arab Emirates Dubai site, and 20% upon successful commissioning and client sign-off.
• All Actor units are covered by a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of commissioning. The extended 24-month warranty (Line Item 8) is optional and priced separately in this Quotation Estimate.
• The supplier shall obtain all necessary permits, no-objection certificates, and safety approvals from the Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and the relevant free-zone authority prior to commencing any installation work in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
• Any variation in scope, quantity, or technical specification of the Actor units beyond 10% of the quantities stated herein shall require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement by both parties.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• The supplier shall maintain comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of AED 10,000,000 for the duration of the project in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
