The following Quotation Estimate covers the professional services of a principal Actor (or ensemble of Actors, as specified) for a theatrical production, television commercial, corporate event, or film project to be performed or recorded in the United Kingdom Birmingham area. The Actor shall be responsible for attending all scheduled rehearsals, technical run-throughs, dress rehearsals, and principal performances or recording sessions as outlined in the production schedule. The Actor is expected to arrive at the designated venue in Birmingham, United Kingdom, no later than thirty minutes prior to the commencement of each scheduled session. The engagement includes the Actor's preparation of scripts, character development, and any required vocal or physical training specific to the role as directed by the production team.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the Client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate may be required to reflect any changes in the Actor's availability or market rates in United Kingdom Birmingham.
• Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total estimated amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% balance shall be invoiced within fourteen (14) days of the final performance or recording date and is payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
• Actor Availability: The Actor named or described in this Quotation Estimate is held in reserve for the Client for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of issue. Should the Client fail to confirm within this period, the Actor may be offered to other productions in United Kingdom Birmingham or elsewhere.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the Actor's engagement by the Client more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the first scheduled rehearsal will incur a fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation between fourteen (14) and twenty-one (21) days will incur 50%. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will incur 100% of the estimated total.
• Working Hours: The Actor shall not be required to work more than ten (10) hours per day, inclusive of a one-hour meal break, in accordance with United Kingdom employment and entertainment industry standards. Overtime beyond this limit will be charged at 1.5 times the daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
• Venue & Location: All performances, rehearsals, and recording sessions referenced in this Quotation Estimate are assumed to take place at a venue within the United Kingdom Birmingham metropolitan area. Should the production require travel to a location outside of Birmingham, additional travel and accommodation costs will be itemised in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
• Intellectual Property: All rights to the Actor's performance, including but not limited to audio-visual recordings, photographs, and promotional materials, shall be governed by a separate Performance Rights Agreement to be executed prior to the commencement of work.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
